Human Resources Project Management
Course: HRM4130
Project management is essential for delivering human resources initiatives that align with organizational strategy, optimize resources and support business goals. Students are introduced to project management theories and practices within the context of human resources. Students use project management software tools to plan, budget, schedule and evaluate project performance. The impact of cultural differences on global HR projects are also explored. Using project management software and tools, students develop strategies to manage HR related projects.
