A healthy, balanced lifestyle through physical fitness is crucial in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) for operational readiness, allowing members to perform demanding tasks and maintain a high level of physical health. Students focus on the attitudes and skills necessary to develop and maintain personal physical fitness to a level that meets the needs of the CAF. Through circuit training, weight training, cardio training and load training, students develop an active lifestyle through physical fitness activities.
