A member's professional conduct is a crucial element in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) as it contributes to a positive work culture and the overall reputation of the CAF. Students focus on skills related to a safe and respectful work environment, fostering inclusion, building teamwork and managing conflict. Students also explore military values and serving Canada before self while developing a better understanding of military personnel administration. Through interactive learning techniques, students develop effective skills to use in their ongoing training and future employment.
