Participants of many different fitness levels are drawn to a variety of group fitness classes and small group training sessions for instruction and a motivating experience. Students lead, motivate and inspire groups of individuals in a variety of exercise class types, explore the use of music to create atmosphere and practice using different types of exercise equipment.
