Job Title: Delivery & Maintenance Worker
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
Compensation: Hourly, negotiable
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery & Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role involves transporting vehicles, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting general yard and building upkeep. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick up and drop off vehicles safely and efficiently
• Clean and detail vehicles to company standards
• Maintain the yard, including organizing vehicles and keeping the area clean and orderly
• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs as needed
• Clean and maintain dealership facilities, including interior and exterior spaces
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and basic condition before and after transport
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with other general duties as required
Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and minor repair tasks
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically capable of performing tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Preferred (but not required):
• Previous experience in vehicle handling, detailing, or general maintenance
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment
