Fees & Payment Schedule

What’s included in the Residence Fees?

Residence fees include: utilities, local telephone access, Internet, and a furnished private bedroom within a 2-bedroom suite.

Application Cost

There is a mandatory $75 non-refundable fee which applies for each application submission.

Meal Plans

Two-term Meal Plans are required for students living in Residence for the first time and are included in the rates below. Residents returning for a second+ year in Residence are not required to select a meal plan if they already had a two-term meal plan in a previous year – visit the Food & Conference Services webpage for more information on meal plan options and requirements.

Residence Fees by Term

Spring Term 2025 (May 03, 2025 to August 17, 2025)

Meal plans are not available for Spring Term.

Option 1 (full payment):
