Co-op Withdrawal Form
Please complete the Co-op Withdrawal Form if you no longer wish to participate in the co-op program. Upon submission, you will receive a copy of the form via email. If you do not receive it, please contact us as soon as possible. If you wish to withdraw from your program or the college completely, please review the Algonquin College Withdrawals website for your next steps.
Co-op Work Permit Confirmation Form
Effective April 1, 2026, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announced that international students who meet certain conditions no longer require a Co-op/Internship Work Permit to complete work required by their academic program (including work that is paid or unpaid, part-time or full-time, and on or off-campus). GEP1001 Exemption Request Form
Please complete this form to request an exemption from GEP1001- Cooperative Education and Job Readiness. Exemption requirements include a successful completion of GEP1001 within the last 5 years.
