Fall 2022 Co-op Work Term
Withdrawal Timelines –Fall 2022
Co-op fees are assessed in installments. Please review the below withdrawal timelines to determine your fee responsibility based on your withdrawal date. Co-op fees are assessed in alignment with program tuition fees and payable to the Registrar’s Office.
Students who withdraw from co-op before January 21, 2022, will not be charged co-op fees for the work term. If you do not withdraw by January 21, 2022, you are responsible for payment of co-op fees, based on your withdrawal date and timeline below:
- Students who withdraw from the Fall 2022 co-op work term between January 21, 2022 – May 20, 2022, are responsible for paying the first installment of the co-op fee.
- Students who withdraw from the Fall 2022 co-op work term after May 20, 2022, are responsible for paying the first and second installment of the co-op fee.
- Students who earn a work term by September 6, 2022, will be assessed the final co-op installment at the time of registration.
- Students who do not earn a co-op work term will not be charged the final co-op installment.
Subsequent Work Terms – Students who are scheduled to participate in subsequent work terms after Spring/Summer 2022 will follow the withdrawal timelines for that term.
