Where are the interviews held?

Interviews take place either on the third floor of Robert C. Gillet Student Commons building room E345. Sometimes interviews held at the employer’s location, so be sure to confirm where each of your interviews will be held. It’s your responsibility for transportation to interviews.

How does the interview work?

Interviews take place Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. In some cases, you may have to miss classes to attend interviews. If they’re scheduled during one of your midterms, labs or final exam, the Co-op office will make an effort to change the time for you. Faculties are aware that some students may be absent or late as a result of Co-op interviews.

Why do we have to pay additional fees and what are they for?

Cooperative Education fees cover costs of administration and services provided by the Co-op department (See listing on Blackboard in Module one) and the College.

When are the Co-op fees due?

Co-op fees are due at the same time as tuition fees.
