Use PowerPoint as a Whiteboard

  1. Type your comments into individual slides.
  2. Rather than put into presentation mode, work in PowerPoint’s edit mode.
  3. When you Share Screen in Zoom, select Share Portion of Screen and re-size the bounding box around the slide that you wish to show.

If you just wish to annotate what is on your prepared slides, presentation mode allows you to use annotations.
