The Implementation Committee is made up of a range of Algonquin College employees, representing departments from across the College.

The Implementation Committee meets regularly to review and make suggestions on business processes, make operational suggestions related to the project, and works closely with Subject Matter Experts and Core Users of the GeneSIS system.

Working Groups

Through Working Groups, the R3 Project is utilizing our College’s own staff members to review how we run our business processes and utilize their experience and knowledge for feedback, input and decision-making processes when implementing the Student Information System.

The Change Champion Network

The Change Champion Network is a group of representatives from across all faculties and departments. The 49-member Change Champion Network meets monthly and gets updates about the project. The Change Champions share Project communication materials with their home departments and provide feedback to R3 on content and gaps.

They also participate in early training, provide feedback to R3, and identify additional support resources. They work closely with General Users of the Student Information System.

Implementation Committee Members

  • I didn’t understand the recent communication on what R3 means. Can you clarify for me?
