The R3 Project is happening because of the people behind it.
The R3 Executive Sponsor, Laura Stanbra, Algonquin College Vice President, Student Services, has championed the project. This multi-layer project requires the expertise, guidance and support from a range of Algonquin College employees.

Who do I talk to when I have a question?

Implementation Committee Members
The Implementation Committee members will also answer questions about decisions and operations.
Here are sample questions Implementation Committee members receive:
- When will we be reviewing the Admission process?
- I’ve heard that we are improving business processes. How does this work?
- What types of decisions have been made?
Change Champions
Change Champions can answer questions connected to the R3 Project and the new Student Information System. Here are sample questions Change Champions receive:
- I’m new to the College: where would I find general information about the R3 Project?
- I heard that the new SIS is a menu-driven interface… can you tell me what it is like?
- I didn’t understand the recent communication on what R3 means. Can you clarify for me?
