Change Champions, R3 Project Team Members and Registrar’s Office Get Together
Posted on Tuesday, June 24th, 2025

Earlier this month, employees participating in the R3 Project’s Change Champion Network had the opportunity to drop in and connect with R3 Project Team members and the Registrar’s Office team.
The Change Champion Network (CCN) is a vital group of employees who represent College departments. They meet regularly to provide input from their department, share R3 Project updates, and have advanced access to the new Student Information System, Thesis Student Management (Thesis SM), and the accompanying Thesis Student Portal.

Event Highlights
- Stop, Start, Continue Whiteboard: Champions shared thoughtful feedback on what we should stop, start, and continue doing to enhance the CCN experience.
- Suggestion Box: Attendees submitted creative ideas for future CCN meeting topics and questions for the R3 Project team.
- New CCN Recommendations: Participants were encouraged to suggest colleagues they think would be great candidates for the network.
- Game Station: Interactive games featuring content from our R3 blog posts provided a fun way to test knowledge and reinforce learning.
Plus, there were some homemade treats provided by Elizabeth Holmes and Charmaine Childs!
What does a Change Champion do?
What is the time commitment?
Approximately 2 hours per month are requested, with the option to select which meeting time works best for your schedule. During the academic year, there are usually six meetings with the R3 Project team.
What other ways can I get involved in the R3 Project?
