Fees & Payment Schedule

What’s included in the Residence Fees?

Residence fees include: utilities, local telephone access, Internet, and a furnished private bedroom within a two-bedroom suite. Each suite has a private three-piece bathroom.

Application Cost

There is a mandatory $75 non-refundable fee which applies for each application submission.

Meal Plans

A term meal plan is required for all residents staying with us during the Academic year, Fall and Winter Terms. Residents staying with us for the Spring term do not require a term meal plan. Visit the Food & Conference Services website for more information about meal plans.

Three-Term Academic Year 2026-27 (September 05, 2026 to August 22, 2027)
