The Residence Services Supervisor oversees the front desk and supervises the Residence Services Representatives who work there. Residence Services Leads facilitate financial and communications processes for the residence including account payments, payment plans, and community notifications. The Housing Coordinator oversees residence applications and room assignments. The Operations Manager (Administration) oversees many of the day-to-day activities associated with administration and supervises this team of staff. |

Facilities Team The Housekeeping Services Supervisor oversees overall building cleanliness and supervises Housekeeping Representatives and Custodial staff. The Maintenance Services Supervisor oversees general maintenance including responding to work orders submitted by residents and supervises the Maintenance Representatives. The Operations Manager (Facilities) oversees many of the day-to-day activities associated with the building’s facilities and supervises this team of staff. |
