GuidelinesGuidelines for Retention Project Proposals Guidelines for Academic Coach Proposals Proposals are to be submitted online (see Proposal Forms below). It is not possible to save the form on your computer and access it later, so the proposal must be written and submitted at the same time. A template in Word (.doc) of the online retention proposal form is available for those who would prefer to write the proposal first, and then cut and paste the text into the online text boxes. An email confirmation will be sent immediately to the person identified as the contact for the project. Included in this email will be a copy of the completed form that can then be printed. If you choose to do this, I recommend that you set your email to display HTML so that the formatting is maintained. Please share the email confirmation with your Chair or manager and anyone else involved in the proposed implementation. The due date is Sunday March 4th at 11:59 PM. We regret that proposals received after this date cannot be considered.
