September 30 marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada. September 30 is not just a day on the calendar, it’s a call to
remember, to honour and to act.
It’s a day to recognize children who never came home from residential schools. We stand with the survivors who carry those lived experiences. Truth must be acknowledged and reconciliation must be ongoing.
