Sept. 30 marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. 
The day honours the children who never returned home and survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities. Day with a somber ceremony at its Medicine Wheel Garden. Led by campus Elder Aimee Bailey the ceremony was a time for reflection and prayer, a show of support for residential school survivors.
