Notification of Disruption to Health Services Operations Effective Feb. 27

This message is being sent on behalf of Algonquin College Health Services:

Algonquin’s Health Services department has experienced an unplanned disruption to its scheduling and clinical record system. This disruption means that Health Services will not be able to complete most appointments. This also means that Health Services is unable to notify patients of appointment cancellations, schedule new appointments, or access any patient chart information.

The College’s Information Technology Services is working closely with Health Services and the technical teams from Telus Health, Cisco and Rogers to resolve this issue. We are hopeful that this disruption will be resolved quickly and Health Services will soon return to normal operations.
