Isaac Potter and Brad Noll, Department of National Defence

Quote from nomination:

“The Dev team at DEIMS 3 was one of the greatest work experience anyone could ask for. It was everything I could have wished for in a coop position and then some. What I appreciated most was the opportunity to champion a project from start to finish taking it through the entire development life cycle while having full control of the project as well as assistance whenever I needed it. The team’s outstanding support, skills and leadership has gifted me the tools to succeed in a career with the government. I believe that with Isaac and Brad at the helm they have pretty much perfected the program and are doing an exemplary job at preparing “Young Talent” for future careers in the government. I hope that I can one day emulate them and also do the same for the next generation.”
