About Us

The Centre for Organizational Learning (COL) supports the learning and development of all College employees through various programs, conferences, one-on-one support, and learning sessions and workshops.

COL Programs

Check out the COL’s flagship programs, focusing on leadership as well as role-specific skills. These programs are open to all employees (with only a few exceptions for certain sessions).

Knowledge Centres

Think of a Knowledge Centre as a collection, repository or a library of information, processes, directions, and best practices focused on a specific topic or employee role. Built in collaboration with subject matter experts across the college, please see below for a list of Knowledge Centres.

Do you think your area could benefit from having a Knowledge Centre? If so, please reach out to us at employeelearning@algonquincollege.com to discuss!

Conferences

The Kaleidoscope College Conference is an annual professional development conference for all Algonquin College employees that includes a variety of engaging topics built around the conference theme. Workshops are created and developed by our skilled and remarkable colleagues who bring timely topics forward to present and share with peers.
