Job Description
What You’ll Do
• Work alongside experienced arborists on real job sites from day one
• Assist with all aspects of tree pruning operations (deadwood removal, crown thinning, crown reduction,
crown raising, and clearance pruning)
• Support tree removals of various sizes and complexity under supervision
• Keep a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times
• Set up job sites, manage traffic control, debris removal, and final site cleanups
• Maintain and inspect personal protective equipment, crew gear, tools, and equipment and use them correctly
at all times where required.
• Communicate effectively with the all members of the team and report any safety concerns or equipment
issues promptly to complete jobs efficiently
• Follow all company and industry safety standards and procedures
• Additional duties as required

What We’re Looking For
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn arborist skills
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and manual labour
• Team player with good communication skills
• Safety-focused mindset and attention to detail
• Own transportation is a must
