Job Description
The Ontario Federation of ATV Clubs (OFATV) is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations, member services, and administrative functions that help keep Ontario’s ATV trail system running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Support office administration and internal/external communications
Assist with permit processing and respond to member inquiries
Maintain records and manage digital systems
Support programs that promote safe and responsible ATV riding
Position Details
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Contract position through December 2027
$21–$23/hour, based on skills and experience
Some evenings and weekends may be required
This positions is virtual, work from home and includes benefits.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
Experience with Microsoft Office Systems and document management platforms such as SharePoint (or equivalent systems)
Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in an administrative, office assistant, or clerical role supporting day-to-day operations
Hands-on experience managing digital filing systems
Experience providing front-line customer or member support, including resolving issues and answering questions
ASSET EXPERIENCE:
Experience working in a not-for-profit, association, or membership-based organization
Familiarity with permit processing, licensing, or member services systems
Experience managing user permissions or access controls in digital systems
Exposure to board or executive-level administrative support
