Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Bricklayer Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing a skilled trade career within the construction industry.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced bricklayers and assist with a variety of masonry and construction tasks while gaining hands-on experience in the trade.
Responsibilities:
Assist with laying brick
Prepare and transport construction materials
Set up and clean work areas and tools
Measure and cut materials as required
Follow workplace safety procedures and directions from supervisors
Support general construction and masonry activities on site
Qualifications:
Interest in pursuing a career in the skilled trades
Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Previous construction or labour experience considered an asset but not required
