Robert (Bob) Letourneau, FCMA Bob Letourneau was formerly the Deputy Assistant Commissioner – Finance and Administration with the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency for three years; City Manager with the City of Nepean for seven years and Commissioner of Finance for nine years. A Fellow of The Society of Management Accountants of Canada (FCMA) and a Certified Municipal Officer, Mr. Letourneau holds a designation from the Association of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers and is a member of the Queensway Carleton Hospital Board of Directors Foundation.
