What is an Intercampus Loan ? An Intercampus loan is a request to borrow books or magazine/journal articles from one of the other Algonquin campuses. An Intercampus loan normally takes 3 days from the date of confirmation of your request. Who May Use This Service ? This service is available to everyone with a valid Algonquin Learning Resource Centre card whose library record is clear of fines and overdue material. Algonquin students, faculty and staff can send their requests via their respective campus library or place a HOLD on the desired item at one of our three campuses online within the LRC catalogue (Bibcat). Patrons must have a current User ID and PIN to palce an online HOLD. Community members may request InterCampus loans by filling out the relevant forms in the library or by phone.
