Registrar’s Office Service Fees
Certain activities or services must be paid for individually as needed. These fees are not considered regular student fees, and they are not considered part of standard tuition and other student fees. Below is a list of these specific fees.
To pay any of these service fees, they must be paid through a portal with our payment partner, Flywire. (Please note that the Flywire portal for these service fees is different from the Flywire portal used to pay regular tuition fees.)
Instructions:
- Go to the Registrar’s Office (Non-Tuition Payments) Flywire portal. Please make sure it clearly says “Registrar’s Office (Non-Tuition Payments)”. Payments made to other similar portals will not be properly processed.
- Indicate the fee amount you want to pay that corresponds with the service you want from the list below.
- Select how you want to pay (e.g., direct debit, credit card, etc.)
- Enter the information of the person paying (this could be you or someone paying on your behalf such as a parent)
- Enter your student details.
- Under Payment Information, be sure to select the correct name of the service you want to pay for.
- Review all the details for accuracy.
- Take note of the Payment ID at the top of the page next to “Payment Pending”. You will need this code.
- Provide the appropriate payment details.
To avoid delays, please be sure to take note of your Payment ID. This will be a code in the format NJR123456789 (i.e., NRJ followed by 9 numbers).
You will need to complete your specific service request based on the directions given for the particular service you have paid for. Be sure to indicate your Payment ID.

*Non-Standard Document Courier Costs are optional for cases where a student wishes to have a document sent by expedited courier service. These costs are only for expedited courier and are in addition to any other fee charged for the document. If a student does not choose to pay the additional courier costs, their document will be sent by regular Canada Post mail service.
