Graduated Status

The waiting is the hardest part

Are you eagerly awaiting your confirmation of graduation? We know you are! You’ve been working hard and it’s time for the payoff. We know you are anxious to hear but graduation review is an important process and we have to get it right.

The review process goes a little like this:

  • Final term grades are sent to the Registrar’s Office
  • We send the files of all the potential graduates to the academic departments for review and verification
  • Once the review is complete the files come back for processing at the Registrar’s Office
  • Grad statuses will be applied to individuals in our Student Information System; sometimes as many as 7,000 students are reviewed! One.By.One.

Need to know now?

Sad FaceBad news: We can’t fast track a student application to graduate. We would love to help but we don’t have the capacity, and it would not be fair to the other students. We treat all student grad reviews equally and with the same level of care. We hope you can be patient. It will be worth it.

When will I hear?
