Work Experience

The following documents are required:

  • Current Résumé: Please upload a current résumé that demonstrates your recent Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) work experience. Applicants must have completed a minimum of 1,500 hours of RPN work experience within the past three years. Your résumé must be submitted as a single PDF document, and the file name must include your full name.

  • Employment Confirmation Letter(s):Please upload at least one recent employment confirmation letter from a current or previous employer listed on your résumé. The letter must be provided by a Manager or Human Resources representative, be printed on official company letterhead, and confirm your employment details.
    • If multiple positions are required to meet the 1,500-hour experience requirement, you may submit more than one employment confirmation letter. The letter(s) must clearly state the total number of hours worked (for example, 1,562.2 hours).
    • For verification purposes, please ensure the contact information of the individual who signed the letter is included. If this information does not appear on the company letterhead, please provide it separately.
