Getting Your Credential
Congratulations on completing your program. Students who finish in the Spring or Fall semesters will be notified by email with details on when they may visit the College to pick up their credential. Be sure to review and updated your personal information in ACSIS.
Students who complete their program in the Winter semester (January start) will have their credentials handed out at convocation. If you are unable to attend Convocation, your credential will be mailed to the address on file at the conclusion of the Convocation ceremonies. Please ensure your address is up-to-date by reviewing your personal information on ACSIS.
In the meantime, if you require proof you have complete your program you can do one of the following once your grad status is available:
- Print a letter directly from ACSIS which confirms you have completed your program
- Request an official PDF transcript be sent to a third party
Full-Time Students
Students who are part of a full-time program will be assessed automatically for graduation status in their final year of study.
Part-Time Students
Students studying part-time must submit a request to graduate, and payment through their ACSIS account.
Once you have completed all components of your program and you have cleared any encumbrances to your status, you will be ready to graduate and to receive your credential.
