Refund Information

Opt-Out Application Refunds (within 10 Business Days)

Students, who complete the Opt-Out Application within 10 business days from the start date of their program are entitled to a 100% fee assessment of your U-Pass Fee.

Students, who complete the Opt-Out Application within 10 business days from the start date of their program are entitled to a pro-rated fee assessment based on the date the card is returned to The Registrar’s Office.

Opt-Out Application Refunds (after 10 Business Days)

Students, who complete the Opt-Out Application after 10 business days from the start date of their program are entitled to a pro-rated fee assessment basis on the date the Opt-Out Application is submit to the College.

Students, who complete the Opt-Out Application after 10 business days from the start date of their program are entitled to a pro-rated fee assessment which will be based on the length of time the U-Pass was in your possession.

Opt-Out Fee Assessments

The U-Pass fee assessments will be applied to any outstanding balance remaining on the student’s account. Students who have no outstanding balance will have a cheque sent to their current mailing address. Please ensure that your current mailing address is up-to-date in ACSIS.
