Pauline Edmonds has been a full time faculty member for over 25 years at Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley (ACOV - Pembroke Campus), and prior to that worked part-time at the Woodroffe Campus.  She is currently the coordinator of General Education at ACOV and also teaches in the Computer Systems Technician, Hospitality Services and Office Administration Executive Programs. 

In addition to teaching and coordinating, Pauline is a member of the General Education College Committee.

 Pauline is involved with the Faculty Union and has served as a Steward since 2004, and as the 2nd Vice President of Local 415 since 2008.  She is a member of the Union College Committee and Workload Monitoring Group.   

Outside of the College, Pauline is currently in her second term as a member of the Pembroke Police Services Board and is also in her third term as the President of a local women’s group. 

Pauline was elected by her Faculty colleagues to serve as their representative on the Board of Governors for a three year term beginning in September, 2009.
