Sterling Hartley

Mr. Sterling Hartley is an Inspector in charge of the East Division with the Ottawa Police Service with 25 years of Policing experience.  Currently, Inspector Hartley is engaged as the Ottawa Police, Workplace Harassment Prevention, Project Manager. 

Inspector Hartley has had numerous achievements within the Ottawa Police Service and was the recipient of the prestigious and internationally recognized, Webber Seavey and Herman Goldstein Awards.  Inspector Hartley is pro-actively engaged with many community partners and groups.  Sterling was appointed to the Board in September 2005.
