Financial Aid Home - Welcome

Our Financial Aid staff are available to answer your questions, to guide you with applications and forms, to provide information about assistance programs and to listen to your concerns about financing your education. We can help you in-person, by telephone, by e-mail, by fax or by mail.

We administer federal and provincial student loan programs, scholarships and bursaries; general and program-related bursary funding from money donated by the College, individuals, companies and other organizations.

Note:  The Financial Aid Office, located in Ottawa, processes OSAP applications for the students of the Woodroffe and Perth Campuses.  OSAP applications of students at Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley Campus are processed by the Financial Aid Office located in Pembroke, Ontario .

ON-LINE BURSARY - on ACSIS -  2008 Spring Term
Starts: Wednesday, June 4th, 2008 - 8:00 a.m.
Closes: Friday, June 6th, 2008 - 4:00 p.m. 

Link - Apply for OSAP on-line:
2008- 2009 academic year (Fall/ Winter/Spring terms).
Submit a new or renewal OSAP application on-line (usually only needed once per year per school)
for any/all of the following terms: Fall 2008, Winter 2009, Spring 2009.


ENTRANCE BURSARY APPLICATION:
Algonquin College is offering Entrance Bursaries to full-time, first-year students enrolled in the 2008 Fall Term.  Students in a diploma program may be eligible for a $500 bursary and students enrolled in a degree program may be eligible for a bursary of $1000.  Please note students enrolled in  Certificate Programs are not eligible for the Entrance Bursary.  Entrance Bursaries are based on demonstrated financial need.
