Biodegradable Napkins, Bags and Soap

We use biodegradable soap to clean all of our dishes. Our bags are biodegradable to reduce waste, as are our napkins which also happen to be chlorine-free!

We also use non bleached napkins in all our locations and our plates are made from sugarcane bagasse, a fibrous matter that remains after sugarcane or sorghum stalks are crushed to extract their juice.

Eliminating Styrofoam

We eliminated the use of Styrofoam products in all our locations and introduced compostable cups.
