Skip the Straw
In efforts to reduce waste, Food Services has reduced, and in some cases, eliminated the offering of straws in five of seven Food Services locations. We have also taken strides within our catering and banquet services.

- Straws are no longer served at the bar, with beverages, for banquets.
- Straws are no longer offered at Bits n Bytes (T Building), Portable Feast (B Building) & 35th Street Market Café (Residence building)
- Customers are prompted to reconsider using straws at:
- Booster Juice (E Building)
- Marketplace Food Court (D Building)
- Tim Hortons (A Building)
- The Fix (CA Building)
To accommodate individual needs, straws are available upon request at every Food & Conference Services location.
