Policies and Directives
There are several College Policies and Directives that specify Information Security and Privacy practices. It is important that you become familiar with them, follow the prescribed practices and understand how the College protects your information and personal privacy. They primarily include but are not limited to the following:
IT01 – Information Security Policy
- Describes the mandatory practices that IT Resource users must follow
AA35 – Confidentiality of Student Records Policy
AA35 – Confidentiality of Student Records
- Describes the mandatory practices surrounding the protection of student information
- Provides procedures covering the access and release of student information
AD02 – Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Policy
AD02 – Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy
- Describes the mandatory practices surrounding the access to, release of and protection of College information, in accordance with FIPPA
