Problems with the Digital Resource Collection’s Page? (After You Have Logged In)

  1. Try logging in to another digital resource collection to see if it is a more complex technical problem. Stop and call the Library and report your problem.
  2. Clean your browser’s cache and history and then close all browser windows and try again.
    • If that doesn’t work and you have another browser on your computer try it (e.g. if you are using Explorer try Firefox).
  3. Make sure your browser settings accept cookies.
  4. If you want to contact the Library Front Desk (via telephone or e-mail) please record the error message that you are receiving as well as the names of the digital resource collection that you have tried so that the staff member can identify your problem and resolve it quicker.
