Winter 2017 Chat Hours

Chat will be available from January 9th to April 28th.

  • Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m
  • Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m
  • Chat will be unavailable when the Library is closed or on holidays.

If the chat service is not available you can still leave a message/email with Ask. Messages left with chat via email will be answered Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

In Person at Your Campus Library

All campus libraries offer one on one research and reference consultation at their main desks. Library staff will be happy to offer assistance. It is often helpful to have a copy of your assignment or research notes with you to show the Reference staff. Find your campus library location and hours here

All campus libraries are able to offer brief search consultation via the telephone during business hours.
