All campus libraries offer one on one research and reference consultation at their main desks. Library staff will be happy to offer assistance. It is often helpful to have a copy of your assignment or research notes with you to show the Reference staff.

All campus libraries are able to offer brief search consultation via the telephone during business hours. At times we may not be able to answer your call immediately, but if you leave a message we will reply within 24 hrs during the business work week. Find your campus library location and hours here

Chat will be available from May 13th - June 28th

  • Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm.

*Chat will be unavailable May 20th, June 7th and 14th

If the chat service is not available you can still leave a message/email with Ask. Messages left with chat via email will be answered Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
