Clients may cancel at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled start date of a course for which they are registered. The full fee is payable for any withdrawal less than 10 business days prior to the start date of the scheduled course. Participant substitutions are accepted at any time. Algonquin College Corporate Training reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses. In the event of a schedule change or course cancellation, participants will be notified at least 10 business days prior to the originally scheduled start date.
If a student wishes to transition to a different French proficiency level, they may request a change, subject to availability. Such requests can only be accommodated after completing no more than two classes within their current session.
