About Our Virtual Classroom Training
Enjoy all the personal interactivity of face-to-face learning in an environment of your choosing.
Enhance your knowledge, skills and capabilities while interacting in real-time with your instructor and other learners in our virtual classroom via MS Teams or Zoom. Your login information and instructions will be emailed to you in advance. For privacy and content protection our classes are not recorded.
Here are a few guidelines to ensure a rich learning environment for everyone:
- Actively participate in discussions and keep your camera on when possible.
- Eliminate any background distractions such as phones, radios, televisions, etc.
- Choose a personal space away from family and colleagues to engage in this learning activity.
What you will need
A computer with a webcam, headset or earphones and a microphone. Please note that smartphones are not suitable and their use is strongly discouraged.
An internet connection with enough bandwidth to reliably stream audio and video for up to several hours.
A comfortable environment, so you can focus on courses and activities.
MS Teams
There are two methods for joining a Teams meeting:
- With a desktop app on your computer: Download Teams.
- By joining with a browser such as Chrome: Join on the web
