PME4: Project Risk Management

Risk management enables the project manager to effectively identify and respond to events and situations that impact the accomplishment of the project objectives. Learn how to identify and analyze risks and develop and implement a risk response plan. Learn to develop and manage risk registers and issues logs.

A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) is the Project Management Institute’s flagship publication and is a fundamental resource for effective project management in any industry. It is recommended that students purchase the Project Management Institute’s A Guide to the Project Management  Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) Seventh Edition. The PMBOK® textbook is required for anyone seeking their Project Management Essentials certificate (all seven courses).
