2024-25 Rates & Payment Schedule

The below fees are in place for the 2024–25 Residence Term period. Rates apply to full-time students enrolled at Algonquin College. Residence fees include utilities, local telephone access, Internet, and a furnished suite. Two-term Meal Plans are required for students living in Residence for the first time and are included in the rates below. Residents returning for a second+ year in residence are not required to select a meal plan if they already had a two-term meal plan in a previous year – visit the Food & Conference Services webpage for more information.

There is a mandatory $75 non-refundable fee due for each application submission.

Spring Term 2024 (May 4 to August 18, 2024)

Note: There is no meal plan option available for Spring Term.

Two-Term Academic Year 2024-25 (August 31, 2024 to April 22, 2025)

Option 1 (full payment), including two-term meal plan options:

Three-Term Academic Year 2024-25 (August 31, 2024 to August 17, 2025)
