Accelerated Requirements Elicitation and Analysis

Course: BUS6011

Participants explore two of the core concepts of business analysis: requirements elicitation and requirements analysis. Team collaboration techniques using visual requirements models reduce the requirements cycle while achieving high quality requirements. Participants learn to use a combination of requirements models concurrently to understand, document and validate several perspectives at once. A key aspect of this course is the examination of techniques like UML and other notations for use case analysis and workflow modeling, business rules analysis, user interface requirements analysis and data modeling.
