Benefits and their administration in business are examined, including such topics as the Canada Pension Plan, Workers' Compensation, government health plans and pension programs. Life, accident and health insurance, other than that, which is provided by the government, are studied. Contractual benefits, such as rest periods, vacation and sick leave and volunteer benefits, such as social, recreational, and cultural activities and counselling are also covered. Additional topics include costing, program design, E.A.P.'s and special programs, such as retirement planning and fitness projects.
