Business Analysis in an Agile Environment

Course: BUS6016

Business analysts frequently find themselves on Agile development teams only to discover that many of the tools and techniques no longer work effectively. Agile Scrum is an incremental, iterative framework for project management and software development in which requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing cross-functional teams. Students employ additional business analysis tools and techniques to effectively contribute as a member of a project team. The necessary skills to effectively transition to an Agile environment are also practised.
