To succeed in the field of business analysis, analysts must become familiar with the technological needs of the business as a whole and its strategic direction. Students analyze stakeholder needs by identifying and evaluating problems or opportunities, utilize BABOK'R' Techniques to evaluate current state, future state and risks, and define change strategy and solution scope that provide value to the organization. By graphically modelling concepts and processes as well as specifying and modelling business requirements, and creating a business case, students will have work packages that can be utilized in the organization for communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
