Field Placement II
This course is part of the following part-time on campus and/or online program(s):
Students demonstrate some of the more advanced vocational program standards. Further technical skills are developed through the application of the knowledge gained in the prerequisite courses. In addition to implementing a further range of treatment plans, students are required to critically evaluate ongoing interventions within the placement. Students continue to have the opportunity to observe and practise the ethical application of behavioural principles/techniques. This placement requires students to complete a placement in an ABA/IBI program for children with ASD. Students are required to complete placement on a full-time schedule during agency business hours. Students must have Non-Violent Crisis Prevention and Intervention training.
