Governance and Organizational Structures

Course: MGT1107

Students gain practical skills required to develop, lead and participate effectively in multi-functional teams to foster effectiveness. Students learn the roles of the board of directors, other executive and key committees, and to identify and coordinate the interrelationship among functional areas. Through readings, discussion and a variety of simulated team environments, students learn the requirements and responsibilities of effective collaborative work.
